You can cancel your subscription at any time.
To disable your Calling and Mobile top-up subscription, follow these steps on your platform of choice.
Calling Subscription from the website:
1. Log in to your account at My Rebtel (If you are already logged in and on the Rebtel homepage, click on your profile picture and then "My account")
2. Click on "Manage" in the "International calling" section.
3. Click on "..." next to the subscription you want to cancel
4. Click on "Deactivate" and it's done! Your subscription is now canceled, and it will not renew when it expires so you can continue using the services until then.
Calling Subscription from the App:
1. Open the App and from the App Navigation tap on Account
2. Tap on "Your subscriptions" and select "Calling"
3. Select the subscription you want to cancel and tap on "Deactivate" to cancel.
4. Your subscription is now canceled and, will not renew when it expires.
Mobile Top-Up Subscription from the website:
1. Log in to your account at My Rebtel. (If you're already logged in and on the Rebtel homepage, click on your profile picture and then "My account”)
2. Click on "Send Mobile Top Up or Nauta" in the "Mobile Top Up" section
3. Click on "Auto top-ups" and then click on "Deactivate Auto Top Up"
4. Your subscription is now canceled, and will not renew when it expires.
Mobile Top-Up Subscription from the App:
1. Open the App and from the App Navigation tap on "Account"
2. Tap on "Your Subscriptions"
3. Then Select "Top-ups" look for the MTU Subscription you want to deactivate and tap on "Deactivate Auto Top-up" Your subscription is now canceled, and will not renew.
Please note:
Every time you purchase a calling subscription, it will renew automatically every 30 days and a Mobile Top Up will depend on the frequency you've chosen, unless you cancel it. If you’re unsure about the product’s refund policy, look at this helpful guide to avoid unwanted payments!
